Its simple-Your on-line order is transmitted direct to our factory art department which typesets the pen. Your pens are made and shipped. There is no human intervention in the ordering process, and no extra costs. ( Don't worry - your imprint is reviewed by the factory art department to determine the best font, centering, etc to make your pens look great!)

You must order on-line using a credit card. Your imprint is limited to three lines, no more than 30 characters and spaces (but two lines are recommended for a larger imprint). No logos, except for an extra charge. Your type will be set for best effect ( but you can indicate a special font if you wish).
